When do my Introductions reset?
Your Introduction allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly from your membership page and your new plan and Introductions apply right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Do private video calls use Introductions?
No. Private video calls with people you're already connected to are unlimited on Gold Card Access and Platinum Card Access, and never count against your Introductions.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
You can keep messaging and calling your existing connections. New Introductions return at your next reset, or you can upgrade for more.
